The Mývatn model is distinguished by its unique noseband fastening. The softly padded noseband is not attached to the bridle but is threaded through the bit loops. This ensures that the cheekbones are always free and not affected by a nosepiece that is too short or too tight. Furthermore, the noseband can be removed, allowing the headpiece to be used without the noseband.

Have you assembled your bridle and completed the order form? Please send your order exclusively by email to info@melasol.net. You can scan or photograph the form and send it as an attachment. You will then promptly receive a confirmation and prepayment invoice. Once you have transferred the invoice amount, you will be placed on the waiting list for bridle production.
Description
A softly padded and anatomically shaped headpiece allows freedom of movement for the horse’s sensitive ears. The extra-wide contact surface distributes pressure evenly across the entire area, preventing pressure points. The noseband is also softly padded. The padding colors are freely selectable from my nappa leather color chart.
With this English bridle, the noseband is not fixed but is guided through the bit loops. This ensures that the cheekbones are always free and not affected by a noseband that is too short or too tight. Furthermore, the noseband can be removed, allowing the headpiece to be used without it.
